Biography

Tristan undertook his medical training at The University of Sydney and then completed Anatomical Pathology training at Royal North Shore and St Vincent’s Hospitals in Sydney. He then went on to complete the Jani Haenke Melanoma Pathology Fellowship at Melanoma Institute Australia and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in 2017. He gained significant expertise in melanocytic pathology under the guidance of Professor Richard Scolyer and he was also designated a Research Affiliate with The University of Sydney and was involved in a number of research projects that resulted in numerous scientific publications. In 2018, he furthered his dermatopathology skills as a Visiting Fellow at the prestigious USCF Dermatopathology and Oral Pathology Service in San Francisco under the supervision of Professor Philip LeBoit. He maintains an interest in dermatopathology and in particular melanocytic pathology in his daily practice.
